Because of changes instituted by Visa/MasterCard we can no longer directly accept Visa/Mastercard telephone orders. They want an arm and a leg.

If you are apprehensive to use PayPal you can order the book from Amazon.com but you will pay $30 when ordering from them. The U.S. Postal Service has raised the rates for international shipping. The new rate is $24.00.
When ordering from PayPal for one (1) book and videos the shipping cost is a flat fee, that is, you will be charged $24.00. The shipping charge is included when you check out of PayPal. Sorry the shipping rate is so high but our postal service is losing money.
If you wish to order more than one copy of the book please contact me for the cost of shipping.
