I can only ship internationally if you use PayPal. I cannot accept checks from a foreign bank.
International Global Priority Air Shipping Including Canada and Mexico
When ordering from PayPal for one (1) book and videos the shipping cost is a flat fee, that is, you will only be charged $13.50. The shipping charge is included when you check out of PayPal.
If you wish to order more than one copy of the book please contact me for the cost of shipping.
